no cost once Caltrans makes the information available.

Metric cost data can be converted to English units with a single push of a
button.

Average costs of an
item are calculated and summarized for each
year of interest.

Item data can be excluded
from totals and averages.

Averages can be based on one year or all the years.

Different cost index factors can be applied to
the data to account
for inflation.
